KU has put stop signs near the information booths on campus. Are those legitimate? No one stops there but the T bus.

Kansas University police Capt. Schuyler Bailey said the stop signs at the traffic booths are legally recognized. “You can be cited if you fail to obey it,” he said. He said the signs were sometimes monitored for compliance.
