Sound Off

I didn’t receive any Census information in the mail, nor have I been contacted by a Census worker at my residence. How can I get counted for the 2010 Census? Can I go online, or what is my next step?

Until July 30, residents can call (866) 872-6868 to do the interview over the phone. It is possible, however, that a resident who doesn’t think he or she has been contacted has already been counted. Another person living in the household could have accounted for that person, or, after three in-person visits, a neighbor could have been contacted for information regarding the household. If you want to check to see if your address has been counted, you can call the Kansas City Census branch at (816) 994-2000.
