There has been a flashing light inside of Payless Furniture on Iowa Street. Is there a law or ordinance that could make them move the light, so it won’t be a distraction to drivers at night? It can be quite startling and blinding.
According to staff attorney John Miller, the city has interpreted the sign code to not regulate the flashing of lights or signs inside businesses.
