Do we need to reregister our home phones on the Kansas “no-call” list? We registered in March 2007 and now we're getting bombarded with “out of area” calls.
Ashley Anstaett, director of communications for Kansas Attorney General Steve Six, said a consumer’s “No-Call” registration lasts five years. A person would only need to reregister after five years. If consumers believe they are receiving calls in violation of the No-Call Act, which only include calls from businesses trying to sell something, Anstaett encourages people to file complaints with Six’s office.
