If my neighbor hires a company to get leaves out of her yard and they basically blow all of the leaves into my yard except what they bag up. Who's responsible for the leaves that blew into my yard, my neighbor or the company she hired?
According to Ron Baker, owner of Willowridge Landscape Company Inc. in Lawrence, it is the company’s responsibility. Baker said that the company should not be blowing leaves anywhere but into bags or into trucks and that if they are blown elsewhere, it is the company’s responsibility to remove them.
