When was the last year that we had six consecutive days of 100 or more?

Matt Elwell, 6News chief meteorologist, said, “The last streak of 100 degrees that was six days or longer dates back to August 2000. That month, we had 16 days of 100-plus degrees, with the longest streak going from Aug. 26 through Sept. 3.”
