Can I drive a scooter on a restricted license in the state of Kansas?

It depends on why a person’s driving privileges are taken away. If a person’s driving privileges are suspended based on a chemical test failure or refusing to take a chemical test, that person is eligible to operate a moped during the suspension period. If a person’s driving privileges are revoked or suspended based on a DUI conviction, operating a moped is prohibited, according to Marcy Ralston, chief of the state’s driver control bureau.
