When is the sidewalk in front of the Douglas County Courthouse, 1100 Mass., scheduled to be completed?
County Administrator Craig Weinaug said the contractor was expected to start pouring the new concrete on Wednesday. He hoped to complete work by the end of the week. On Monday afternoon, the county worked with contractors to move cones to allow for a path for people not to have to enter the street to pass the courthouse, Weinaug said.
