I’ve heard if you have your windshield wipers on, then your headlights are supposed to be on, too. Is this true? If it is, then it seems like no one is doing it.
Drivers are required to use headlights “when windshield wipers are in continuous use as a result of rain, sleet or snow,” according to Kansas law.
