Who can I contact about a sidewalk hazard? There’s a neighbor who has had a skateboard ramp on the sidewalk, in front of their house, for two years, if not more. It’s never moved. When people are walking they have to walk around it. At night, it’s a dark location and someone could fall and get hurt.
