How has the number of males and females enrolled at Kansas University changed over the last 10 years?

According to information from KU’s Office of Institutional Research and Planning, in 1999, KU had 12,016 men (47.3 percent) enrolled on its Lawrence and Edwards campuses, compared with 13,390 women (52.7 percent). In 2009, there are more men (13,478 — 50.2 percent) enrolled than women (13,348 — 49.8 percent), representing the first time since 1987 that more men have been enrolled than women.
