Did Trey Hillman ever play in the majors?
According to the Kansas City Royals, their manager signed with the Cleveland Indians as a free agent in 1985 and played three seasons in their minor league system before moving into scouting. His professional career included time with the Batavia Trojans in New York, Waterloo Indians in Iowa, Waterbury Indians in Connecticut and Kinston Indians in North Carolina.
