Why is the Docking Fountain at the Kansas University entrance on Jayhawk Boulevard not on? The other fountains on campus seem to be.
When KU staffers started other fountains on campus, workers encountered pump and filtration problems at the Docking Fountain, said Jill Jess, associate director of KU News and Media Relations. Parts have been ordered for the site, and staffers hope to have the fountain operating toward the end of the first week of May.
