Does the three-person limit in the single-family home include children? We have a college student with two roommates and one just had a baby. Does that make four in the house unrelated?

Lawrence city law prohibits more than three unrelated people from living in a single family home. Children, however, are not counted when determining the number of unrelated people in a household, city officials said. If three unrelated people live in a single-family home and one of them has a child, there would be no violation of city code.
