Anyone know where I can catch the bus when this reconstruction of North Second Street and Locust starts? I get the bus at that intersection.
Reconstruction of the intersection in North Lawrence is scheduled to start July 20, and will force the T’s Route 4 to be rerouted as follows, according to Lisa Patterson, city spokeswoman: l Northbound: Bus will travel east on Elm Street, north on North Seventh Street, west on Lyon Street, then north on North Second and back on route. Passengers wishing to catch the bus along Locust must move south to Elm. l Southbound: After departing I-70 Business Center, bus will continue south on North Second across bridge and back on route. Southbound reroute will bypass the North Lawrence neighborhood. Passengers wishing to catch the bus in the neighborhood will need to do so on the northbound trip.
