How many notifications has Kansas University sent out to parents of students after the recently announced alcohol policy took effect?

Parents and/or legal guardians of students younger than 21 are notified after the first known violation on campus of university policy or state law regarding drugs, after the first violation involving alcohol that endangered the health or welfare of the student and/or another person, or after the second known violation of the university alcohol policy, according to the new policy. Since the new policy went into effect May 4, KU has made 11 parental notifications. According to official enrollment numbers for 2008-2009, more than 11,500 KU students are younger than 21.
