Why aren’t the paths being mowed at the dog park?
There are two dog parks operated by the city of Lawrence. One is near Clinton Lake and is referred to as the “mutt run.” The other is at Riverfront Park. Lawrence Parks and Maintenance Superintendent Mark Hecker said that there have not been any changes to the mow schedule, and the dog parks are scheduled for regular mowing. “If they haven’t been mowed, they will be,” Hecker said.
