I was wondering which communities in the U.S. had the highest per capita incomes and which ones had the lowest?
According to a recently released report on per capita incomes for 2008, the top five metro areas were: Bridgeport, Conn., $82,266; Naples, Fla., $64,349; San Francisco, $61,747; Sebastian-Vero Beach, Fla., $61,274; and San Jose, Calif., $58.802. The bottom five were: McAllen, Texas, $19,377; Brownsville, Texas, $20,798; Provo, Utah, $21,758; Laredo, Texas, $22,346; and Logan, Utah, $23,655.
