If someone decides not to vote in the presidential race, but only on the other issues on the ballot, will the ballot still count or be considered void?

Keith Campbell, elections deputy for the Douglas County Clerk's Office, said the ballot will still count. Voters are not required to vote in every race. The practice is called "under-voting," and it is common in Kansas, he said.
