Which candidates will kids be able to vote for if they participate in Kids Voting?

Students through fourth grade will only vote for the president. Students in fifth through eighth grades will also vote on U.S. Senate and House of Representatives candidates. They will also be able to vote for the Kansas State Senate and House of Representatives for their district and the bond issues questions. Students in ninth through 12th grade will have an additional ballot that includes county offices, county commissioners, state judge retention and township races if they live in a specific county township area. Photos of candidates for president, U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives will be on the ballot to help out the younger voters.
