When is Kansas University's book sale?

KU Libraries' book sale, which is open to the public, is open today and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Watson Library. The sale includes books that have been acquired by the collections efforts of KU Emeritus Professor James Gunn, director of the Center for the Study of Science Fiction, the libraries' duplicate holdings and those that do not meet collection development guidelines. Hardcover books will be priced at $3 and paperback books will be $1. On Thursday, bags of books will be sold for $5. Proceeds from the sale will support processing and development for the science fiction collection at KU Libraries.
