When is the end of daylight-saving time this year?

It ends at 2 a.m. Sunday. In August 2005, Congress passed an energy bill that included extending daylight-saving time by about a month. As of this year, daylight-saving time started the second Sunday of March and ends the first Sunday of November. From 1986 to 2006, daylight-saving time was the first Sunday in April to the last Sunday in October.
