I see that Kansas University is playing host to more than 1,000 high school students on Tuesday for some student council conference. Can you tell me more about this?

KU is co-hosting the annual conference for the National Association of Student Councils this week with Blue Valley Northwest High School in Overland Park. On Tuesday, 1,365 student government leaders and 365 adult advisers will spend time on campus with KU students, faculty and staff and learn about the transition from high school to college. The students also are scheduled to attend a general session in Allen Fieldhouse and end their day with a ceremony at Memorial Stadium. The conference started Saturday in Overland Park.
