According to Douglas County tax records, Self's home in the Fall Creek Farms addition is worth $1,044,760. Perkins and Mangino live within a block of each other on Lake Alvamar Drive, and their homes are valued at $851,440 and $850,750 respectively. However, the KU athletic department employee with the most expensive house is assistant basketball coach Danny Manning, whose Fall Creek Farms estate is valued at $1,495,560.
