What is the number I call with the city to find out about leaf disposal?
The city's Solid Waste Services manages leaf disposal. For questions, the number to call is 832-3022. The city picks up yard waste, including grass and leaves, every Monday starting at 6 a.m. Yard waste, which is not to be set out with trash, may be left curbside and will be picked up as long as it is in a compostable paper bag or a garbage can or cart. Plastic bags may not be used. Pickup service ends Dec. 24 and will resume again March 3, depending on weather conditions.
