Are there laws in Kansas that regulate ownership of a wolf?

Wolves are not allowed as pets according to Lawrence City Code, Regulation of Animals Chapter 3 Article 104, Animals Excluded from Prohibition. The code lists animals allowed as pets, including dogs, cats, fish etc. The code can be found at http://web.ci.lawrence.ks.us/legal_services/citycode/chapter3.html.
