Are trailers or campers are allowed to be parked in yards on grass, for example, on the side yard of a house?

The answer is generally no, said Scott Miller, an attorney for the city. City code prohibits the parking of vehicles on the grass of a side yard or front yard. For the purposes of the city code, a vehicle is defined as "any device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway."
