Is there any law about bicycle riders riding their bikes on the streets after dark without lights or reflective gear?

Yes. Under state law, bicycles used at night must have a lamp on the front with a white light visible at least 500 feet away and a red reflector on the rear that is visible at least 100 feet away when it's in a car's headlights.
