Whatever happened to former Kansas University basketball recruit C.J. Henry, the son of former KU player Carl Henry who decided to play professional baseball instead of accepting a scholarship at KU?
Henry currently plays shortstop for the Charleston (S.C.) Riverdogs, a Class A affiliate of the New York Yankees. Henry, who has played in nine games this season, has five hits in 29 at bats for a .172 batting average. He has one home run and four runs batted in. Henry is normally the starting shortstop but is currently on the injured list.
