I read about a low-income savings plan for college, and I was wondering how I could get information about it.

The new savings plan, which was approved in the last session of the Legislature, allows those who qualify to receive matching amounts up to $600 a year toward saving for postsecondary education. The state treasurer's office will start accepting applications for the program in mid-July. The program is part of the Learning Quest Program.
