Did I hear KU is getting a new Web site?

A Web redesign is part of the university's new visual identity.

Kansas University's Web site at will, beginning Tuesday, feature a new homepage and many new second-tier pages. Over the next year, units across the university will begin to adopt the new "look and feel" so that soon anyone visiting the university online will find a consistent appearance, KU spokesman Todd Cohen said. The new pages going live Tuesday will help tell KU's story in a memorable, cohesive way, Cohen said.

KU departments that design their own Web pages will be expected to adopt the new template, and workshops will be offered to help with that process.
