Whatever happened to the lawsuit in which Atty. Gen. Phill Kline sued TransMasters towing company?
The case is still pending in District Court. The towing company recently filed a motion to dismiss the case, arguing that the lawsuit amounts to state regulation of towing prices that is prohibited by federal law.
