Whatever happened to The Hawk, the bar that was going to lose its license because of underage-drinking violations?
According to Tom Groneman, director of the state's Alcoholic Beverage Control division, the matter is still under appeal within the Department of Revenue. Groneman moved to revoke the bar's license in May after finding that it had 15 underage-drinking violations in four years. That decision is on hold, pending the outcome of the owners' appeal.
