When does daylight-saving time end? Hasn't it been extended this year?

This year, it ends at the usual time: 2 a.m. on the last Sunday in October, or this year on Oct. 30. Last month President Bush signed the Energy Policy Act of 2005, which requires changes in 2007. That year, daylight-saving time will begin the second Sunday in March and end the first Sunday in November.
