What will happen to the Ryther Printing Museum at Kansas University now that Printing Services is closing down?
Lynn Bretz, a KU spokeswoman, said: "Printing presses and related equipment from the Printing Services' Ryther collection have found appropriate homes. Much of the equipment has gone to the KU department of art and design for use by students; one press moved to the Spencer Research Library, and another went to Oberlin College. A press and three pieces of typesetting equipment were donated to the Kansas Territorial Press, a printing museum in Wamego. A paper cutter went to the Lawrence Arts Center."
