How many Iraqis have been killed since the war begin in March 2003?

A Web site called the Iraq Body Count project ( keeps an updated Iraqi death count based on what it says are official accounts of incidents. On Feb. 5, the Web site listed Iraqi deaths at a minimum of 15,654 to a maximum of 17,884.
