I was wondering why the Baldwin Police Department responds to domestic disturbance calls but they are not allowed to go into the building until the Douglas County Sheriff's deputies arrive and go into the building. I had heard that the chief of police had told them that they were not allowed to go into the residence or into the building until after the deputy sheriffs go in.
