How is it that the current tropical storm is named Epsilon, but we've only had 26 storms this year? Don't they go through the alphabet before they start over?

Yes, tropical storms are given names that begin with letters of the alphabet, in order. However, the letters Q, U, X, Y and Z aren't used. So after W, the hurricane names start over at A and use Greek letters.
