How does a person get a list of registered voters to use for mailing purposes? I am wondering whether they need to sign something to get this or whether this is something a person can get anonymously.

Douglas County Clerk Jamie Shew said the voter registration rolls were public records. Any individual can obtain the records if he or she files a written request and signs a form saying the records will not be used for commercial purposes. The lists are available in a variety of formats, including a compact disc for $2, photocopies at 10 cents per page or in label format for 1 cent per label.
