I'd like to know why there is no city sidewalk at 31st and Kasold, near the Kasold curve? The sidewalk was never completed. And also at 3301 Iowa next to Wright's Wallpaper Co.; the sidewalk stops at their property line and you have to walk in the middle of Iowa Street to get up to 31st Street. Just curious as to why that was never built.
City Manager Mike Wildgen said: "The south side curve of 31st and Kasold isn't in the city. When it comes under city rules for development, sidewalks will be required. 3301 Iowa was originally developed under different standards; when it is redeveloped, sidewalks on Iowa will be required."
