What is Jackie Stiles up to these days? She played at Southwest Missouri State and was drafted by the WNBA, but was injured and there was talk last spring about her joining the KU women's basketball staff.
Stiles, who has battled injuries since being named WNBA rookie of the year in 2001, had planned to play in Australia this fall but underwent ankle surgery in late July that will sideline her for three to four months. Meanwhile, she is conducting instructional camps around the Midwest.
