Who's responsible for enforcing the one-hour parking limit in the lot next to the Douglas County Courthouse so that employees and elected officials don't park there all day and take spots from the public?
Parking officials don't regularly check the lot. But County Administrator Craig Weinaug said the county occasionally issues a reminder to employees or monitors license-plate numbers, especially when the courthouse gets busier at the end of the month.
