How do I get on Kansas' no-call list? I was on the federal list but I never got on the Kansas list before.
If you are a Kansan and on the federal list, then you are on the Kansas list as well, according to Chad Bettes, a spokesman for the Kansas Attorney General's Office.
He said the state had combined its list with the federal government's, and that if there were any disruption of enforcement of the federal no-call law because of legal challenges, the state would enforce the state no-call law for those Kansans on the list.
To get on the no-call registry, call (888) 382-1222. The call is toll-free.
