I'm just curious why the Kansas University men's basketball team has scheduled games on Friday night and on Tuesday night. Usually Friday night is for high school games.
Kansas played UT Chattanooga on a Friday night in order to avoid a possible conflict with Saturday's Kansas-Iowa State football game, in the event the football game was selected as a night game for television.
There was no danger of a conflict with high school sports because the fall seasons have ended and the winter seasons won't begin until next week.
