Is it true that a sporting goods store is the top tourist attraction in Kansas?

According to the state travel and tourism division, the top tourist attraction is Cabela's sporting goods store in Kansas City, Kan., which opened in August 2002, and attracted more than 2.4 million visitors before the year was finished.

Other top sites in order were Harrah's Prairie Band Casino, Mayetta; Kansas Speedway, Kansas City; Sedgwick County Zoo, Wichita; The Woodlands racetrack, Kansas City; New Theatre Restaurant, Overland Park; Exploration Place, Wichita; Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center, Hutchinson; Wichita Wranglers baseball, Wichita; and Wichita Greyhound Park, Wichita.
