Because school funding is so low, is the district planning on holding off on pay raises for school board members and the superintendent?

Scott Morgan, school board president, said school board members did not receive a salary.

Teachers reached a tentative agreement with the school board on a 3.5 percent increase in salary and benefits for 2003-2004.
