There is a North American Van Lines truck that parks at the Eudora Township fire station at the corner of East 2200 and North 1300 roads. Why are they there all the time? Do they rent, lease or just park there uninvited?

About half of the parking lot next to the fire station is actually on state right-of-way, according to Eudora Township and fire officials. It is the half the state owns where the North American Van Lines trucks park.

The Kansas Department of Transportation has given North American permission to park on the right-of-way by the fire station because it lacks enough parking space at its nearby location.
