Didn't James Moeser, chancellor at the University of North Carolina, once work at Kansas University?

Moeser started his career in 1966 as assistant professor of organ at KU. He became dean of the School of Fine Arts in 1975.

Moeser left KU in 1986 to become dean of the College of Arts and Architecture at Pennsylvania State University. In 1992, he was named provost and vice president for academic affairs at the University of South Carolina. He served as chancellor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1996 until August 2000, when he started at UNC.
