Who is responsible for picking up debris on the road after an accident?

City Manager Mike Wildgen said: "This is usually a coordinated effort depending on the type of situation. If there is a large oil spill, for example, Public Works may be called in for material or debris pickup that isn't removed by a tow truck or police officers. If a hydrant is damaged, the Utility Department would likely be involved in repair and material removal."
