How can we see the list of the people who got bonuses at Kansas University?
There isn't a list. Last year, about 25 KU police officers received bonuses comparable to a 5 percent pay raise. No other university employees were paid bonuses, said Ola Faucher, director of human resources at KU. In recent years, Gov. Bill Graves approved bonuses for other state employees computer technicians and Kansas Department of Transportation engineers, especially if the money could be found within the departments' existing budgets. Many departments and state agencies did, in fact, find the money. But within the state universities' budgets there were no unspent funds for bonuses.
